Where is my download?

If you recently purchased a download you can login with your email and password to find it here:

Simply scroll to the bottom where it says Downloads and click on the link next to your order.

If you purchased an upgrade through the Nook and do not have an Instant Download in your account for the version you purchased, you are absolutely entitled to get one. Please contact our support team:

If you purchased a card and it has stopped working or you simply want to reload Android, you are entitled to a download as well, if it is not in your account already please contact our support team:
