Yes! There are two ways to do this and they are both quite simple:
1) From the menu bar
-From your home screen, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines).
-When options pop up, click on "More"
-From here, select "Wallpaper"
-Now you must choose between "Gallery" (photos on your device) or "Live wallpapers" (images that incorporate movement and seem alive).
-If you choose "Gallery" and are given a second option to choose "Gallery", click on it again.
-Now you will see the photos on your device so you can choose which one you want as your wallpaper. Scroll through by tapping your finger and dragging it along the screen until you find the photo you want. Click on that photo.
-Now you'll be given the option to crop the photo by dragging the lines on the screen.
-When you're finished, click on "Save". You're finished!
-If you'd rather have a live wallpaper, click on this option and you will be shown all the live wallpapers on your device.
-Select your favorite by tapping it on the screen.
-Some live wallpapers have settings you can play around with.
-When you are finished with settings (or if none are available), click "Set wallpaper". You're finished!
2) From your home screen
-Instead of going through the menu, when you are looking at your home screen, find a blank spot (where there is no icon), press your finger there and hold it for about 10 seconds. A window should pop up with different options. Click on the one that says "Wallpapers".
- From here, you can choose "Gallery" for photos or "Live wallpapers" for moving images. From here, the steps are the same as above.
