I’m having an issue ordering from the website, what do I do?

Most ordering errors indicate one of two things: "Declined," meaning funds are not available or your card has been flagged by your bank; the second is "AVS mismatch," meaning your card does not match the billing address your bank has on file.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything about these types of errors. Please contact your financial institution or use a different form of payment.
