If you are having trouble getting your computer to see the Nook drive, try these tips to fix the problem.

Turn off USB Debugging by first disconnecting the USB cable from the Nook. Touch the menu button at the bottom of your Nook's home screen.

Choose "Settings," "Applications" and then "Development."

Uncheck the box next to "USB debugging."

Reconnect your USB cable to your computer. Your Nook should prompt you to "Turn on USB storage." Choose "Yes."

If your problem persists, try booting into Nook mode before connecting to your computer or using a different USB cable.
